Andri holds a B.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from the University of Iceland. He has been working for the company since 2005 and took over as CEO in January 2011. Through his work Andri has acquired extensive experience in the field of capital markets and corporate advisory. Andri is a certified securities broker in Iceland and a certified First North advisor.

Íris Arna has a cand. jur. degree from the University of Iceland and LL.M. in Banking and Financial Regulations from The London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a District Court Attorney and a certified securities broker in Iceland. Íris Arna has significant experience in the financial legal environment, especially in the field of securities law, banking law, financial services and company law. Iris Arna joined H.F. Securities in August 2012 and before that she held positions in the field of finance and business law at Frjalsi Investment bank hf., the Financial Supervisory Authority and as Senior Associate at LOGOS legal services.

Bjarki holds a cand. scient. degree from the University of Iceland and a PhD from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Bjarki has held numerous senior management positions in finance, business development and academia at SJ/Glitnir Bank, Askar Capital, Kaupthing Bank, Nyherji and Reykjavik University. Bjarki has extensive experience in the field of financial restructuring, international banking and business development in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. Bjarki has developed university programs in a.o. Financial Engineering and Engineering Management at Reykjavik University and lectured at numerous universities in Iceland and internationally. Bjarki has served on boards of international companies, regulated entities, pension funds and research funds. Bjarki is a certified securities broker in Iceland and a certified First North advisor.

Einar Númi holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a MSc. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. Having worked in corporate advisory and international banking since 2008, Einar Númi has experience in investment analysis, financial restructuring and modelling, sales processes- and negotiations.  Einar Númi is a certified securities broker in Iceland. 

Einar Palmi has a cand. oecon degree from the University of Iceland and a MBA from RSM, Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He has extensive management experience in the field of corporate advisory, restructuring, treasury, foreign exchange, derivatives and securities. Einar Pálmi has been working in the financial market in Iceland since 1993 working for Islandsbanki, Kaupthing, Arion Bank and H.F. Securities. He is a certified securities broker in Iceland, a certified First North advisor and has a Diploma from ACI, The Financial Markets Association. Einar Pálmi has taught Corporate Valuation at Bifrost University.

Elmar holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Iceland and Technical University of Denmark. Elmar is finishing his MSc degree in Financial Economics from University of Iceland. Elmar is experienced in the field of corporate advisory having worked on a number of transactions since 2007. Prior to joining H.F. Securities Elmar worked for Saga Investment Bank. Elmar is a certified securities broker in Iceland. Elmar has been an assistant teacher in Engineering Economics at the Engineering Department of the University of Iceland.  

Kjartan holds a B.Sc.in Business from Bifröst University. Having worked in the financial markets and accounting since 2004, Kjartan has experience from accounting, securities sales, corporate restructuring and valuations. Prior to joining H.F. Securities Kjartan worked for an accounting firm and SPRON Securities where he was Head of Capital Markets. Kjartan is a certified securities broker in Iceland.

Daði holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland and is writing his thesis alongside work for his M.Sc. degree in Financial Economics from the same university. Daði has experience from bond, equity, foreign exchange and derivatives sales having worked in the financial sector since 2007. Prior to joining H.F. Securities Daði worked in FX & Derivatives Sales at Icebank. Daði is a certified securities broker in Iceland.

Adrian joined H.F. Securities in December 2011. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iceland and is finishing his M.Sc. Degree in Corporate Finance from the Reykjavik University alongside his work. Before Adrian joined Capital Markets at H.F. Securities, he worked at treasury management and FX at Icebank. Adrian has worked in the Icelandic financial sector since 2007.

Óskar holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Iceland, and M.A. degree in Philosophy from Johns Hopkins University. He joined H.F. Securities in December 2006. Óskar has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, both as a software developer and as a system administrator.  Óskar is a certified securities broker in Iceland.
